You may simply name the kind of energy you are releasing: gossip, jealousy, hatred, slander, resentment, humiliation, or ill intention.
Then say:
I acknowledge what was sent, but reuse to carry it in the form it arrive.
It does not belong within my mind, my body, my home, or my future.
I place it before the flame.
Now turn to the green or gold candle.
Dress this candle from the base upward toawrd the wick. The upward motion draws prosperity, opportunity, confidence, strength, and abundance into your life. As you annoint it, imagine a golden current rising through the candle gathering at its flame.
If you are using green, let it represent steady growth, financial stability, fertile opportunities, and the kind of abundance that takes root and lasts. If you are using gold, let it represent success, personal authority, recognition, confidence, and the alchemical fire that changes what is common into something precious.
Place a pinch of basil and cinnamon around the candle holder rather than directly against the wick. Set the three coins beside it in a small triangle, with one coin pointing toward the folded petition.
As you prepare the candle, say:
